starspangledbanner27: Does anyone else here struggle with having intense bursts of inspiration followed by long dry periods in which it takes an hour to eke out three sentences? Any advice to make inspiration come more consistently?
My advice? Keep ekeing during those dry spells. Train yourself to be able to work even when you have to drag the words out of your soul, kicking and screaming. What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger (and you’d be surprised what you can live through)
